Thoroughly enjoyed air conditioning, satellite TV, and super fast internet in the room. The hotel was in a central setting away from Birmingham town centre. The local staff was pretty friendly...

I was offered a room with magnificent views of the lake. The location was perfect and impeccable, for example, Lg Arena was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Very good service was provided.
As for me, the area was horrible.

Henry
Breakfast buffet small but nice. Comfortable room.
Not easy to reach on foot but feasible.

This place is conveniently located near the train station.

Tony
nice, helpful staff. good breakfast. Well suited for a business trip to the fair at the NEC, approx. 15 minutes on foot
The cleanliness left much to be desired. The pool and fitness area are in urgent need of renovation (especially the pool and changing room/shower area should be closed immediately). The equipment and the hotel as a whole have already become very old.

Ernest
Good location to the NEC!
-
Stanley
Natural light coming in through the window, coffee available, and a cozy heating system in the room - awesome! the location is really nice too, which is a big plus. 🌟

Peter
Talking elevators, helpful personnel, good food
Carpet everywhere, difficult with a wheelchair.

I arrived at the hotel after a very long drive. As soon as I arrived I managed to take full advantage of the hotels leisure facilities to relax before enjoying a meal in the bar. The breakfast the following day was first class and really set me up for the day. The hotels location next to the N.E.C. was just ideal for my requirements
