Spent 2 nights in a Superior Twin Room where the staff were friendly and responsive. The on-site facilities are nice, especially the leisure area, but some attention to cleanliness is needed. Consider exploring nearby dining options if you want better quality meals.

I had a lovely stay with a beautiful bathroom and clean, tidy room. The breakfast was fantastic, especially those lattes! I'd stay here again for sure.

Upon entering, the room carried a stale cigarette smell, and an ashtray was left conspicuously on the table—definitely not what you expect. Filth was apparent. the floor had crumbs, and dust coated the surfaces, including the TV and lampshades. The bathroom could've used more attention. I found remnants of previous guests in terms of dirty towels and other unpleasant surprises. the outdated decor and furniture were a significant letdown, making me feel like I'd stepped back into the '80s.

The room felt kinda worn out tho, with cracks on the ceiling and some patchy repairs around. Plus, the TV only had a couple of channels, which was a bit frustrating.

I had a great time visiting the nearby Packington Park, just over 4 km away, and checking out the Birmingham Airport Viewing Area, which was only a short 1 km walk, making my strolls around the area enjoyable. the stay was perfect for my weekend adventures.
